Engineering Employment Opportunities
Primary responsibilities include assisting in the development, documenting and executing system level requirements, specifications, integration procedures, and test procedures. Preferred candidates are self-driven objective/goal oriented individuals that effectively contribute in a technical team environment. Candidates must have a strong desire to gain knowledge and understanding of systems engineering related to integrated optical imaging componenets and embedded software control. Candidates must be comfortable working in an innovative, fast-paced, R&D environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fundamental understanding of electro-optical and infrared principles, technologies, and components
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in optical, systems, materials, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, physics or equivalent fields of study
- US citizen or permanent resident
Desired Skillsets
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in optical, systems, materials, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, physics or equivalent fields of study
- Experience with engineering and laboratory software packages including Zemax, Code V, SolidWorks, and LabView
- Experience with modeling, simulation and testing for thermal, mechanical, environmental stress, optical, and imaging sensor performance analysis
- Experience with custom electronic board, FPGA, GUI, and imaging sensor I/O design and protocols
- Relevant program management, configuration management, and document control management experience
Engineering Internship Opportunities
